Silk Road Arts Council

Founded in 1998, the Silk Road Arts Council of Hat Creek, Alberta is an ongoing project using the “Silk Road” theme to explore the arts. Sil Road Arts Council is an independent group with a difference and is Alberta based.

We are a non-profit group committed to exploring the arts of various cultures. We are able to connect with many independent arts and cultural groups around the world.
